We are a research group focused on genomics within the Gentaur Group. Our mission is to advance research in this field by providing resources, tools, and data to our members and the wider scientific community.

We are committed to:

• Open Collaboration: We believe in open science and collaboration. Our web platform, Galaxy/BGI, is built upon the Galaxy framework, a popular open-source platform for biomedical research.
• Data Sharing: We manage the Human Genome Database, which provides access to raw whole genome sequencing data and assembled data for various human races. This data is freely available for download and analysis.
• Bioinformatics Expertise: We offer bioinformatics resources, such as Blast for OneKP, which supports large-scale gene sequence analysis for plant species.
